It's amazing to find fellow Michiganders out here on the west coast. There is something about that mid-western personality that just can't be beat :) :) Not only is Emily drop dead gorgeous, she's a super amazing person and bad ass skier, in fact State Champion. Emily grew up in a tiny town in the upper peninsula of Michigan that most people nothing about! I was very familiar with her home town as I had spent lots of winters ski racing across Michigan during high school. My brother also spent 7 years going to college in the U.P. He's basically a doctor...or the skiing was great, one of the two. If you ever hear of someone being a "Yooper" go ahead and make friends with them :) :) We have a lot of special land in Michigan and I am super proud to call the Great Lakes and the Great Land my home roots. Did I mention the cutest puppy in all the land, mountains, and a Tipi....talk about ahhhhhmazing. Big congratulations to Emily + Travis!!!!
